Mindful Yoga for Healers is exactly what you need to feel better.
As a physician, I know what it’s like to feel exhausted, stressed, drained, achy, and frustrated. Join me for an hour FOR YOU.
Soak in a pause, nourish yourself, align, stretch, strengthen, and restore calm to your overworked nervous system.
As an experienced wellness leader, I infuse mindfulness and coaching throughout my yoga classes to help maximize immediate relief and long-term positive impact.
Classes are themed to address common pain points of healers such as lack of self-compassion, chronic pain, time scarcity, disappointment, resentment, jealousy, anger, and intense emotions.
Practice present, breathing deeply. Shift your perspective, open your mind and heart, and revive your spirit.
Classes are and FREE. No yoga experience is needed. Offered most Saturdays at 9 am Pacific. Recordings are sent out to those who sign up. Join me in community to grow and heal.
