Mindfulness: Teaching in the Workplace

The training explores the skills required to introduce mindfulness confidently in workplace settings and build a practice in the field. Succinct presentations on relevant theories and concepts are blended with opportunities for hands-on practice, experiential learning and real-world applications through case study simulations and real-world assignments.

The course is for experienced mindfulness teachers, who are teaching Mindfulness-Based Programmes in line with the UK Good Practice Guidelines and meet the criteria shown on our website.

Timings:

It takes place Friday mornings over 12 sessions, comprising two teaching blocks of 6 sessions 21st February to 24th October 2025:

Teaching Block 1 comprises 6 sessions: February 21st and 28th, March 7th, 14th, 21st and 28th.
Teaching Block 2 comprises 6 sessions: September 12th, 19th and 26th, October (no training on October 3rd), 10th, 17th and 24th.

Specific Audience:
This course is for mindfulness teachers who have successfully completed a trainer-led face-to-face or live-online Mindfulness Teacher Training Programme lasting at least 12 months, from a recognised Teacher Training Organisation and who meet all of the other entry requirements.

Mindfulness for life (MBCT-L), Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)
