Experienced meditators can gain competency to:

The Calm Monkey is the pioneer in teaching both skillful mindfulness facilitation and implementation (since 2014). Learn best practices and get lots of ideas, scripts and small group practice opportunities so you can feel equipped and confident when leading others. An excellent choice for employees working within an organization and for service providers to offer mindfulness services (whether on a paid or volunteer basis).
This program is highly flexible for busy people. You will learn via a self-placed, online course along with ongoing community practice, connection and learning opportunities, and personalized care from Wendy Quan, Founder of The Calm Monkey. Workplace-friendly, secular, evidence-based and trauma and neurodiversity-informed.
