Join an eclectic group of women for a needed break from the hustle of taking care of others and just take care of YOU!
We will be practicing Mindfulness, Mindful Self-Compassion, and Parts Work, but we will be curating the weekend to fit specific needs of helpers.

– Cozy accommodation in the Shenandoah Valley for three nights, four days

Each attendee will have their own bed, bathrooms are shared.

Private Queen Room – a spacious room with queen bed for one attendee.
Shared Double Room – a room with two double beds, shared by two attendees.
Shared Triple Room – a room with three double beds, shared by three attendees.
