Beginning the Mindful Journey (1/22-2/26)

Whether you know nothing about mindfulness and want to learn more, or have tried
meditation but want to be more consistent with your practice, or have been
meditating for a long time and want to deepen your practice, this secular course will
help support you. Space is limited and an intention to attend all 6 live classes is requested.
I invite you to join me on this mindful journey from the comfort of your own home to:
– Learn how to meditate by listening to talks, practicing together, and sharing and asking questions to help support you in your practice.
– Explore and practice mindfulness of breath, body, emotions, thoughts and beliefs, and compassion.
– Enjoy the proven benefits of meditation and learn how to bring mindfulness into everyday life.
I’ll share research-based mindfulness and meditation techniques that can help you manage stress and emotions, improve relationships, increase focus and performance, enhance health and well-being, reduce pain symptoms, and find happiness and meaning in life. I’d be honored to have you join me.
