By learning about the basic science of motivation, we uncover the keys to breaking free from our comfort zones and leap into the learning and growth zones.
In this event, we’ll explore how to identify typical stumbling blocks and turn them into stepping stones to growth. We’ll also look at common fixed mindset limits and shift them into growth mindset goals.
Through this 30 minute practical mindfulness session led by Tara Nylese, best-selling author of Mindfulness in Everyday Life, you’ll learn how to identify your hurdles and use this knowledge to empower you with growth steps for your 2025 goals. Come prepared for an easy mindful meditation practice and to achieve goals!
