Civil servants are facing unprecedented turmoil, disparagement, and loss. To support those affected, this virtual six-week class is designed to help state and federal employees cope with these hard times. The series focuses on managing stress and anxiety; strengthening emotional resilience; and finding support in community. Sessions are a mix of talks, practice, and reflection—both beginners and experienced meditators are welcome.

The cost is $120 (sliding scale available—pay what you can). There are also limited scholarship funds, if you could use some financial support. After you register, I’ll send you a link to pay via Venmo or PayPal. At that time, we can discuss your needs.

You can choose from two cohorts:

Cohort #1: Tuesdays, March 25 – April 29 | 7:00 – 8:00 PM EDT
Cohort #2: Saturdays, March 29 – May 3 | 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM EDT
