Among many of Beth’s mindfulness trainings she is a graduate of the Certificate Program in Meditation and Psychotherapy through the Institute for Meditation and Psychotherapy. She is the creator of the Well-Being Toolkit online program and Six Weeks to Meaningful Change group coaching program. Beth has created four audio courses to help people reduce stress, awaken to their fullest life, work with difficult emotions to find inner balance and set heartfelt intentions that stick. She offers individual and group coaching and psychotherapy to help people discover their inner toolkit and realize they don’t need to fix or change themselves to awaken the power of inner transformation and find true well-being.
