Erin McCarthy PhD, your CALM Coach, is a certified Mindfulness teacher, MindBody Coach & Philosophical Counsellor, and founder of the Calm Mind, Happy Life program. Oh, and mom to teen twins! Thanks to her unique combination of 30+ years of mindfulness practice, training, and experience as a Philosophy Professor, she has a treasure trove of evidence-based ​​mindbody tools and techniques to help always-on-the-go humans become calm amongst the chaos that is everyday life.

As a long term meditator, she discovered first-hand the transformative power of mindfulness and self-compassion, and as a professor, speaker, author, concussion survivor, and parent, she has been able to integrate these practices into the whirlwind of life in a fast and sustainable way. This is exactly what she helps her clients do through her coaching and courses.
