I've been doing mindfulness meditation myself for a decade. During the pandemic, I realized the importance of sharing the skills of mindfulness with people around me. So a few years ago, I started teaching mindfulness meditation to friends and family. I also realized the importance of obtaining a certification for future purposes if I'd like to teach this in organizations and corporations. Therefore, I enrolled in the 2-year program with MMTCP under Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach.
