Victoria Fontana, MSc, MA, PCC is a Mindfulness & Compassion teacher and trainer, certified in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) and Compassion-Based Resilience Training (CBRT). She is passionate about teaching these and other mindfulness-based courses and workshops to a variety of people in organizations and privately in English and Spanish. Victoria is an adjunct professor with the IE University Center for Health, Wellbeing & Happiness and the Master in Management, where she has created and implemented courses on mindfulness, compassion and well-being, as well as Authentic Leadership. She has served as a founding member, coordinator and co-presenter of the Spanish-speaking, International Mindfulness Day since its start in 2020. Victoria is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation, specializing in Mindfulness and Leadership Coaching with hundreds of executives and professionals in over 40 leading multinational corporations. Victoria inspires leaders to thrive as they stretch and develop their leadership skills, communication, emotional intelligence, self-awareness, stress management, resilience, empathy and compassion. Victoria has been trained internationally in mindfulness, compassion and embodied practices. She holds an MSc in Mindfulness-Based Approaches from Bangor University in Wales, an MA in Education from the University of Washington and a Certificate in Contemplative Psychotherapy from the Nalanda Institute for Contemplative Science in New York. She is currently publishing a study on Equality, Diversity and Inclusion in Mindfulness-Based Teacher Training Programs.
