‘A Festive Pause’ online retreat

December 8, 2024 @ 10:00 am - 2:00 pm UTC

£25 – £35

Are you bracing yourself for a busy festive season of parties, family events & expectations?

Do you struggle to make time for yourself over Christmas?

Do you dread the difficult emotions this time of year stirs up for you?

Take some time to pause and look after yourself before the festive season begins. Whether you love this time of year, or dread the feelings or memories it brings up for you, this retreat will help you feel rested, balanced and able to cope with whatever the coming months bring.

Take some time to pause…

– Reframe your thinking about the festive season through reflective journaling.

– Enjoy the peace and nourishment from carefully crafted mindful activities for this time of year.

– Connect with like-minded people, and have the opportunity to pick our brains too!

– Gaps to step away from the screen and take a pause, as well as a mindful lunch break.

– Go at your own pace, no experience required, we will guide you through the exercises, in the comfort of your own home.

– Leave feeling refreshed and more prepared for what the season may bring.

This is the sixth retreat Sally and Lynne have led together. Some feedback on our last ‘Festive Pause’ retreat:

“I was massively able to let go of pressured expectations and had one of our best Christmas ever! Book me in for next year’s one! Big thanks Sally and Lynne!”

“I just wanted to thank you for the festive pause. I am feeling quite different this Xmas and I actually think that is in part down to giving myself the gift of your workshop and TIME to proactively think through some stuff and make peace and be in a much better position to face what usually comes up. So, thank you”

“for me you pitched it just right, a good balance, you make a great double act!”
