Caring with Grace Coaching includes seven ninety-minute sessions on Zoom with optional thought work and mindfulness practice in between sessions. It begins October 4th and ends December 20th, 2023. CME accreditation is in progress.

Who are we?
Two physicians – a geriatrician and a pediatrician. UCSF medical school classmates who became lifelong friends. We have shared journeys of motherhood, marriage, family, and medicine. We have cared for each other and supported one another in caring for our aging parents and family members.
Dr. Mary Norman is board certified in both internal medicine and geriatric medicine. She attended the University of California, San Francisco for medical school, residency, and fellowship. She practiced in Texas for 25 years, including 15 years as Medical Director for Highland Springs Senior Living. Recently relocated to Los Angeles, Mary is starting a new geriatric practice at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. She has completed the Herbert Benson, MD Course in Mind Body Medicine at Harvard and has been leading mindfulness for caregiver groups for the last few years. She is currently launching a new business called Just This Moment, a website promoting brain health, dementia care, education, and mindfulness training for caregivers.
Dr. Jessie Mahoney is a master-certified physician coach and physician wellness leader. She is the founder of Pause and Presence where she supports high-achieving professionals who are successful on the surface yet struggle underneath. She offers transformative coaching programs, mindful yoga, and CME wellness retreats in spectacular locations across California. Dr. Mahoney’s areas of coaching expertise are relationships, career and burnout, and navigating transitions of all kinds. She blends mindfulness and coaching synergistically to optimize impact. Dr. Mahoney is a board-certified pediatrician. She worked at The Permanente Medical Group from 2002-2020. She graduated from Dartmouth College in 1991 and earned her medical degree from UCSF in 1997.
