This is a live online event on the 3rd Wednesday of each month. Christine will cover different topics as you explore mindfulness in community with others on the same journey. This class will deepen your understanding of mindfulness through talks, stories, humor and guided meditations. This is a safe space for sharing observations and asking questions to help support you in your own practice. You’ll enjoy the proven benefits of meditation and learn how to bring mindfulness into everyday life.

Registration for each class closes 24 hours before the start of that class. Please register within the month of the class you plan to attend, i.e. register for January’s class January 1st – January 17th at noon.
