Are you considering whether mindfulness is for you?
Join our free online taster session. This one-hour taster session will introduce you to the benefits of mindfulness. Benefits include improved wellbeing and ability to manage stress.

Brief overview
The session will cover the benefits such as heightened emotional intelligence and greater self-management which improves relationships. You will also be given the opportunity to sample key mindfulness practices and find out about the mindfulness programmes that we offer.
