Friday 8:15am Weekly Practice
February 9, 2024 @ 8:15 am - 8:45 am GMT
An event every week that begins at 8:15 am on Friday, repeating until February 24, 2024
At The Mindfulness Network, we offer free mindfulness and compassion sessions to anybody who may wish to attend and have reached out to our network of experienced trainers, supervisors, retreat leads and compassion-based teachers to lead a regular practice. Each month brings a different theme from an experienced teacher.
Claire Brejcha will be leading the practice each week in February with the theme ‘The Power of Curiosity’.
You do not have to be familiar with mindfulness practice to join and here is no need to register – NB- we ask that you never share Zoom information on social media for security reasons.
Sessions are entirely free and should last around 30 minutes. Each session, unless otherwise stated, will include:
15-20 minute practice
5-10 minute teaching
A short final practice to end for you to take into your day
These sessions are completely free and open to all. However, if you would like to donate, any amount would be gratefully received via our donations page.
