Information Session – Teaching Mindfulness in the Workplace

If you’re considering teaching mindfulness in workplace settings, this Information Session will introduce our Mindfulness: Teaching in the Workplace (MTW) specialist training. It includes a brief overview of training, including entry criteria, training content and assignments, over 45 minutes.

Ideally, you’ll have completed your mindfulness teacher training of at least 12 months and taught at last two mindfulness-based courses under supervision before joining this session.

A Q&A section will be included to give you the opportunity to have your specific questions answered

Specific Audience:
You can apply for this course if you: Have completed a teacher training pathway of at least 12 months, which meets the Good Practice Guidance for training pathways, led by a trainer in-person or live online, and not self-guided. Have been assessed as safe to teach under supervision by your training provider and / or be registered as a mindfulness teacher e.g. on BAMBA or another equivalent directory. Have taught a minimum of two 8-week mindfulness-based courses under supervision – for example, MBCT, MBSR or equivalent
