Our Mindful Stress Management for Managers course (with its foundations in the evidence-based Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program) is a transformative course that offers managers and leaders powerful tools to address the challenges of both their working and personal lives head-on, all guided by an instructor with experience of working in corporate environments in roles up to and including Director/C-Suite level.
During the course, participants will learn how to:
– Identify their personal stress triggers and responses
– Learn short coping strategies
– Learn longer meditation practices
– Discover how to be more mindful in both work and home life
– Improve relationships and listening / communication skills
– Enhance creativity, productivity and focus
This is an 8-week course (2 hours per week), with a one-week break in August.
