Mindful Yoga for Healers is exactly what you need to feel better. As a physician, I know what it’s like to feel exhausted, stressed, drained, achy, and frustrated. As an experienced wellness leader, I infuse mindfulness and coaching into my yoga to maximize immediate relief from burnout and exhaustion. My classes are also designed to have a more long-lasting impact on health and wellness. They are themed to address common pain points of healers such as lack of self-compassion, chronic pain, time scarcity, disappointment, resentment, jealousy, anger, and intense emotions.
These classes began in March 2020 in reposnse to the pandemic. That they have been ongoing since is a testament to their value. They have become a community event for healers to collectively grow and heal with mindfulness, breathing, movement, and kindness.
Join us to practice presence, breathe deeply, stretch, align, and strengthen Shift your perspective, open your mind and heart, and revive your spirit.
Classes are FREE.
No yoga experience is needed.
Offered most Saturdays at 8 am Pacific. Occasional Sundays.
Recordings are sent out to those who sign up.
