January 17, 2025 @ 8:00 am - 5:00 pm GMT

£140

This 1- Day workshop is for fully trained mindfulness teachers (i.e. those who have completed a 12 month structured face to face or live online training programme). If you have not trained as a teacher, please apply for our 12 month teacher training programme or our 10 day Train to Introduce Mindfulness course. Read further here: https://courses.oxfordmindfulness.org/teach-categories/

The training provides training in how to teach the Introducing Mindfulness (IM) course and associated practices.

As an addition to the MBCT family of courses, the Introducing Mindfulness course offers a brief taste of mindfulness practice and theory in a format intended to be accessible to anyone new to mindfulness. It can be offered as a formal programme of 3 one-hour sessions, or as drop-ins, taster and introductory sessions.

You are not required to have attended a 3 session Introducing Mindfulness course before attending this workshop. The content of the training has been revised to accommodate this 2025 change to our entry criteria. This workshop has been rescheduled from 25th January.
