This series sheds light on the causes of insomnia and anxiety while offering practical strategies to transform your lifestyle routines. Our expert facilitator will guide you through practice ideas for stretching, strengthening, and relaxation, specifically tailored to alleviate these challenges. The sessions will provide an opportunity to restore balance, find serenity, and embrace restful sleep.

By the end of this series, you will gain an understanding of:

– Understanding the common causes of insomnia and anxiety
– Exploring lifestyle management activities that promote better sleep and overall wellbeing
– Discovering effective techniques to calm your nervous system, reducing anxiety and facilitating restful nights through the integration of yoga postures, breathing exercises, and meditation.

This series is designed to help you take charge of your sleep quality and mental wellbeing by pacifying insomnia and anxiety through the power of therapeutic yoga.
