Public servants are facing unprecedented turmoil, disparagement, strain, and loss. This mindfulness series offers a space to pause, ease stress, and regain some steadiness.

Open to all government employees — federal, state, and local — as well as their family members and contractors, these 60-minute sessions provide practical tools to navigate burnout, cope with ambiguity, and cultivate resilience, connection, and clarity. Sessions are a mix of talks, practice, and reflection—both beginners and experienced meditators are welcome.

The cost is $20 per class (sliding scale available—pay what you can). After you register, I’ll send you a link to pay via Venmo or PayPal.
