Teacher
Francois Denis is a medical doctor. She has always been passionate about prevention as part of her occupational healthcare activities. She also has teaching and management experience and gradually specialized in psychosocial risks and the issue of burnout.
She discovered personally, how the practice of mindfulness meditation made it possible to reconnect with one's inner truth, going from the "doing" mode to the "being" mode.
In a stressful and unfortunately sometimes even violent world, she is convinced that this practice and this new way of being related to ones own experience can contribute to more serenity and help, amongst other things, to prevent burnout and relapses.

Her logo: point d'ancrage (anchor point) symbolizes via the tree, the importance of contact with nature, the verticality discovered or re-discovered through the flexibility of trees, and the anchoring, the rooting that are essential to cultivate resilience.

She practices mindfulness daily in a formal and informal way after having followed the 8-week cycle (MBSR), participated in retreats and is now a trainer after having obtained the certificate of "mindfulness-based psychological interventions" at the '' UCL in June 2017 (MBCT).

She also practices Yoga, Qi Gong and Taichi, practices that are very complementary to mindfulness meditation.
