Jacqueline Stilling, LCPC – Jacqui is a psychotherapist with a thriving private practice in Maryland. She has been practicing Mindfulness and attending mindful and silent retreat for decades. She prides herself on being as much a student as she is a teacher.

Jacqueline founded The Both/And Way, LLC in order to help people at all levels of wellness experience an immersive retreat experience. At The Both/And Way, Jacqui leads retreats on Mindfulness, Mindful Self-Compassion, and Parts Work. She incorporates nature informed practices on all retreats, believing nature was our first attachment! She teaches, and presents to many schools and organizations on the Power of the Pause. She also offers private and group coaching to help people interrupt maladaptive ways of being.

Jacqui began leading retreats to help people who are tired of slipping into the same hurtful patterns, feel they never measure up or are never good enough. The Both/And Way Retreat helps people be kind and curious about the parts of themselves that get stuck in unhealthy patterns. If you overeat or lose your temper or procrastinate, do you get angry or frustrated with those parts of yourself? Is there a desire to do things differently, but you have no real understanding of how? In order to break the feeling of being trapped in this cycle, a Parts Work weekend will introduce a way of investigating moments of overwhelm, using a therapeutic approach to self-reflection. Learn to explore all of your parts with kindness, curiosity, and compassion.

Jacqui lives by the motto: "there is no bad weather - only bad clothes."
