As a psychologist specializing in psychotherapy, I deal with children, adolescents and adults.

Specializing in cognitive behavioral therapy, I treat, among other things, anxiety, behavioral disorders, sleep disorders, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, academic difficulties.

I lead mindfulness groups to prevent depressive relapse.

I also work on self-esteem and assertiveness. I form assertiveness groups for children and / or adolescents.

I carry out psychological assessments, memory tests, logical-mathematical reasoning tests and IQ tests.
